- Keep each Google Drive folder set to Restricted.
- Do not use “Anyone with the link” for private group records.
- Use individual Google accounts; do not share passwords.
- Grant access only after Group Conscience approval and only to the folders needed for each service position.
- Review and remove access when a trusted servant's service commitment ends.
- Do not upload real member details, private correspondence, or financial records during testing.
A link may be visible on this page, but a person without permission in Google Drive should not be able to view the folder contents. Test each link while signed out or with an account that has not been granted access.
